Tonhe Technology's "Taihang Series" 40kW charging modules utilize advanced technologies, including innovative magnetic integration that reduces component volume by 30% while enhancing conversion efficiency. This results in superior performance. The modules incorporate high-performance SiC (Silicon Carbide) electronic components, characterized by low losses and high efficiency, significantly improving overall circuit efficiency. Full-load efficiency exceeds 96%, with peak efficiency reaching over 97.2%.

Tonhe Technology's 40kW liquid-cooled charging module is designed to withstand the variable geographical and climatic conditions of Turkey. With a peak efficiency of 97.2%, it operates silently and meets IP65 protection standards. Multiple liquid-electrical isolation technologies, integrated die-casting processes, explosion-proof, smoke-proof, flame-retardant design, and anti-condensation measures ensure high reliability. The quick-connect terminals utilize aerospace-grade sealing materials for safety and leak prevention. It features a wide constant power range (280-1000VDC), ultra-low standby power consumption (<10W), ultra-low harmonic current (THD ≤5%), and an ultra-wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +70°C). High efficiency—peak efficiency exceeding 96%—is achieved through a double-sided potting process, providing a clear advantage in coastal and dusty regions with reduced failure rates.
