Leading the Industry with Liquid-Cooled Ultra-Fast Charging Technology

The U.S. push for liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging technology reflects global trends in fast-charging development. As a key supplier in China's charging and swapping sector, Tonhe Technology is actively expanding into overseas markets. The company has launched liquid-cooled charging modules specifically designed for the U.S. and South American markets, demonstrating both strong technical adaptability and a forward-thinking market strategy.

The liquid-cooled charging module features an IP65-rated protection design, while the air-cooled charging module utilizes a dual-sided PCB full gel-filling technology to effectively guard against dust and vapor. This makes it particularly suitable for the dusty, humid, or high-salinity coastal environments of South America, significantly enhancing the reliability of equipment in harsh conditions.

The U.S. energy storage and charging market is experiencing rapid growth, driven by policy, technology, and rising demand. The integration of solar, storage, and charging is expected to become the mainstream model. By 2025, the U.S. storage and charging market is projected to reach $1.2 billion, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 28% (according to Wood Mackenzie data). Focusing on states with high electricity prices, such as California and New York, Tonhe Technologyhas introduced high-efficiency, low-noise DC-DC modules tailored to local needs.
