With the booming market for new energy vehicles, the charging infrastructure market is witnessing unprecedented opportunities. Power2Drive and RENWEX opened in Germany and Russia respectively. Tonhe Technology was invited to exhibit.
Products were well-received with strong intent to sign contracts
On the first day of the exhibition, Tonhe Technology's new energy products were fully booked, with more than 10 clients expressing strong interest in signing contracts. This enthusiastic response once again demonstrates Tonhe Technology's leading position in the field of new energy and the strong attractiveness of our products.
Leading technology with diverse product offerings
Highlight One
Tonhe Technology supports new developments in the European charging market with new technologies
According to market demands, Tonhe Technology showcased six high-performance charging modules including 20kW, 30kW, and 40kW models that comply with CE standards. These products, known for their high reliability, wide input voltage range, high efficiency, high power density, low noise, and low standby power consumption, attracted the attention of numerous professional customers. The "Taihang" series charging module, for instance, features noise levels as low as 55dB at full load under normal temperatures and less than 8Var of reactive power consumption in standby mode, remaining at full constant power at 60°C ambient temperature, which garnered favor among multiple clients. The exhibited charging modules are well-suited for the European charging equipment market, addressing issues such as high noise levels, high reactive power consumption in standby mode, and reduced performance at high temperatures, thereby supporting high-quality development of customer charging equipment.
Highlight Two
Tonhe Technology supports new developments in the European microgrid market
Achieving a zero-carbon future requires collaboration, with synergistic development of new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, and energy storage. Tonhe Technology exhibited 15-30kW single and bidirectional DC/DC power modules, and 20kW V2G power modules, providing strong technical support for constructing clean microgrids and promoting synergistic development of new energy vehicles with photovoltaics and energy storage.
Highlight Three
Tonhe Technology Gel-filling Solutions
To enhance module environmental adaptability, Tonhe Technology has been promoting a dual gel-filling solution in the industry since 2021, suitable for harsh environments such as salt spray and dust. Using a fully automated gel-filling production line, Tonhe applies silicone rubber with good adhesion around the PCB perimeter, followed by flowable organic silicone gel covering the entire PCB, achieving a potting thickness of 2.5mm. This gel-filling solution by Tonhe Technology meets over 99% of on-site usage scenarios through simulated harsh environmental conditions (considering dust particle size, conductivity, acidity and alkalinity) and over two years of on-site validation.
Highlight Four
Tonhe Technology continues to innovate and lead global market trends
At the POWER2DRIVE EUROPE exhibition, Tonhe Technology not only showcased its strong technical capabilities but also discussed with global partners how to achieve a zero-carbon future. We look forward to collaborating with our customers to create a green, clean, and sustainable energy future.
Each exhibition not only showcases Tonhe Technology's leading strength in new energy technology but also reaffirms its ongoing commitment to expanding overseas markets. Through in-depth exchanges and collaborations with local enterprises, Tonhe Technology will continue to promote the development of the international new energy industry, contributing more to the global green energy cause.
